Nine fields of work. Each one is tied to a specific threshold of the investment.
Technical consultancy
East Bridge acts as technical consultant across specification, technology selection, supplier evaluation and start-up for beverage, packaging and industrial manufacturing investments. The sections below are the working fields of that consultancy.
01
PET and Packaging Engineering
A bottle is designed for weight, strength, line performance and logistics together.
Preform selection is not only a unit-cost reduction. Material distribution, the blowing window, top-load and pallet efficiency affect one another. Packaging is lightened only as far as the line and the logistics can carry.

02
Industrial Project Development
We shape the technical backbone of investments in beverage, packaging, PET and plastics.
A new plant, or the rebuild of an existing line, starts with the right capacity and the right layout. The scope holds together the engineering work that carries an investment decision, from feasibility and process analysis to specifications and factory layout.

03
Complete Line and Machinery Solutions
From filling to utilities, the line is treated as one production system.
A machine list is not a catalogue. Capacity, packaging, energy and site conditions are read together, so filling, packaging, water preparation, syrup rooms and utilities are selected inside one technical frame.

04
Supplier Management
Offers are compared on technical fitness before they are compared on price.
Lines that look alike diverge on capacity, energy, warranty, service network and lead time. The comparison keeps a purchasing decision traceable through to total cost of ownership.

05
Technical Service and Optimization
Once a line is running, performance is watched together with faults and the rhythm of maintenance.
The cause of a stop is not always the machine itself. Preventive maintenance, fault analysis, training and the spare parts flow belong to the same operational picture. The aim is a line that does not depend on constant intervention.

06
Mechanical and Electrical Installation
Installation, testing and acceptance are the last engineering threshold before production.
Mechanical installation, electrical work and automation integration are not separate crews that happen to meet. FAT, SAT and line acceptance are coordinated as one programme in which performance is proven on site.

07
Packaging Materials
Preforms, caps and films are chosen for the speed of the line and the journey of the product.
Material is not a purchasing line that sits apart from the machine. Application analysis shows where waste, stops and transit damage actually appear. Optimization looks for the material that fits the line, not simply the cheaper one.

Machinery and Spare Parts Manufacturing
Parts, conveyors and skids are derived from the real dimensions of the line.
The lead time of a critical spare is as decisive as production itself. Alternative parts, CNC machining, conveyors, process skids and automation are coordinated while the duty and tolerance of the original equipment are preserved.

International Representation
Manufacturers, technology partners and field teams meet in the same project language.
The right machine is incomplete without the right service network. East Bridge takes on representation and coordination among machinery manufacturers, technology providers, installation crews and engineering partners.
